NEW CUSTOMER CONTROL PANEL LAUNCH

Turnils customers now have access to their order history, open orders, customer service forms, marketing materials, color coordination charts, and our entire component catalog through our fabricator login section at www.turnils.us – also included are images for many items, as well as their own personal wholesale fabricator pricing for each item!

Here are a few highlights of this exciting new tool...

Open Orders: this section of the Customer Control Panel allows customers to view all open orders for their Turnils account at a glance. It is searchable by item number, item description, or order number. Open orders, status, back-orders, and shipping information are clearly listed in a concise format.

Order History: this quick overview of order history shows all order summaries and credits for a customer’s account. This section is searchable by any single or series of invoice numbers, order
numbers, or invoice dates. Customers may also search this section by their P.O. number or order type (invoices, credits, or both). More information regarding any order can be obtained by clicking on the invoice number; this will lead users to an expanded view that includes a PDF of the invoice. When available, tracking numbers are also provided.

Component Catalog: now available online anytime, complete with CUSTOMER SPECIFIC pricing! The component catalog is searchable via two different methods, depending on user preference. All information on the Customer Control Panel can be downloaded in various file formats including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PDF, or CSV.

A marketing bulletin announcing availability of the new Customer Control Panel was launched on July 6, 2009. Enclosed with the marketing bulletin was an instructional user guide to walk users through the Customer Control Panel step-by-step and assist them to maximize the benefits of this new, exclusive Turnils program.


TURNILS WINS BRONZE MEDAL FROM SUMMIT CREATIVE AWARDS

The Summit Creative Awards (SCA) are a division of the Summit International Awards Organization that recognizes and celebrates the creative accomplishments of small and medium sized advertising agencies and other creative groups throughout the world.

The competition includes all media and industries. Chosen from over 5000 entries, the Turnils Creative Team was awarded with a Bronze Medal in the “Sales Kit or Folder” category for design of the 2008 Sienna Honeycomb
Collection. Submissions were evaluated based on the strength of their big idea, the quality of execution and their ability to communicate and persuade.

“It’s very rewarding to be recognized by an independent, international rating organization. Our Creative Team is very talented and we hope to enter more competitions in the future,” says Kristen Williams, the Turnils graphic artist
responsible for design and layout for the sample book.

Created for Fashion Tech (Portland, OR), the Sienna Collection sample book was concepted, designed, and produced in just under five months.


ECLIPSE SHUTTERS WINS WCMA AWARD FOR TECHNICAL INNOVATION

Eclipse Shutters wins coveted WCMA award: the brand new Eclipse Arch was named Best New Technical Innovation for the shutters category by the Window Covering Manufacturers Association Awards! The WCMA Awards recognize significant product advancements in the window covering industry. Eclipse is honored to have won this coveted distinction, and accepted the award at the IWCE Show in May 2009.
